Welcome to Chick-fil-A!
We are very excited you joined our team and want to see you begin well! Navigating a new job can be stressful and it is easy to forget important information. Please use the resources below to help you prepare for your first week and journey with us.
Reminders and Tips
Put your best foot forward
Everyone’s time is important, please plan ahead to be in uniform and ready to work at the scheduled time
Clocking In and Out
Use your pin to clock in/out at any POS Terminal.
Always check in and out with a shift leader: They will approve your clock in to ensure you are ready to work and check you out to make sure your work is done.
Social Media
Your personal life is your business, but if your decisions impact the store negatively it may become our business. Again, always exercise good judgement
Covering a Shift/Calling Out
If you are unable to work your shift you must find coverage and initiate a shift swap via Hot Schedules. Please contact the store to get this swap approved. If you are unable to find coverage or come in for your shift you must communicate by calling the store and speaking with a shift lead.
The restaurant number is:

If you do not request off you are responsible for working your shift or finding coverage.
